HNG Internship is a long running, large scale virtual internship for people learning to code and design.
As you may guess, I am enrolled for the HNG internship, cycle 8, operated by Zuri. Currently my area of concnetration is Frontend Software Engineering. I program with HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and VUE and I'll be sharing my goals and what i plan to archieve by the end of this program.
- Fun and challenge - I find challenges to be a very practical and fun way of learning. I love to consider this a tournament - you ace your task, you're qualified for the next higher level. This gives you the sense that you're better than you give yourself credit for. There is new exciting challenge on each level and this is a big one for me.
- Connection - A good network is always sure to boost one's growth. I look forward to connecting with brilliant folks, who share similar ambition and goals. Impactful networks that will go beyond the internship program to become a long term circle of support. As you already know, multi-billion dollar ideas have been birthed through such networks. - Become a Finalist - I plan to scale through this internship program. To sound fancy, I'll say, I'll love to see the end of this tournament, and you know, grab an accolade.
